It’s never too late to learn to cook! Experts from institutions such as Harvard and the National Institutes of Health agree that cooking meals at home leads to lower rates of obesity and disease as well as a broader range of nutrients in the diet. Home cooking is more budget-friendly than ordering takeout or eating in restaurants and has been shown to positively impact budget, social life, and long-term health.

Many people have the desire to cook healthy and nutritious meals, but this desire is often eclipsed by a lack of confidence in the kitchen as well as a perceived lack of time. Most people, when asked why they don’t cook, respond that they don’t know how, or that they don’t have time. We get it - which is why we put time and energy into creating our virtual classes for you.

 

Our virtual classes give you step-by-step instruction that is easy to understand and engaging. We are excited to present to you high-quality videos that range from beginner to advanced. Plant-based cooking is anything but boring! No matter how much experience you have as a cook, and no matter how much experience you have with plant-based foods, there’s a class for you here!

Join us for classes such as plant-based nutrition, a basic plant-based baking course, working with plant-based ingredients such as aquafaba, making your own seitan, and so many more. We’ll teach you how to plan your meals and prep meals for the week, and how to make a plant-based diet work for you.
